Hello, World!
Welcome to Awakening Wolf-Rayet 104, a space where cosmic metaphors and earthly truths collide. This blog is a glimpse into my ongoing journey of discovery, unlearning, and embracing who I am. If you’re wondering about the name, WR 104 is a star system going through some pretty intense transformation—and, well, that felt oddly relatable.
I’ve spent the last few months peeling back layers of conditioning, old beliefs, and expectations—many of which weren’t even mine to begin with. What I’ve uncovered has transformed the way I see myself and the world around me. This blog is my space to share these learnings with you, and while I won’t dive into every personal detail (I’ll save that for late-night existential talks with close friends), I do want to offer some of the universal truths I’ve come to embrace:
Control isn’t love. I’ve realized that control often comes from fear, and true love—whether for ourselves or others—requires letting go. Love thrives in freedom, not in boundaries built from insecurity.
There’s no such thing as perfection. We’re all messy, learning, and evolving. Perfection is an illusion that keeps us from being present. I’ve come to see that making mistakes and learning from them is where the real magic happens.
Healing requires self-compassion. The deepest wounds we carry are often the ones we unknowingly inflict on others. I’ve learned that forgiving myself is key to truly moving forward—and that means no longer carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders.
We are all interconnected. My awakening has brought a deep awareness of how connected we all are. From the people in our lives to the energy we carry, there is an undeniable link between us and the world around us.
Living authentically is non-negotiable. For years, I hid parts of myself to fit societal molds or expectations, but I’ve realized that living authentically is the only way forward. It may feel uncomfortable, but it’s necessary for growth.
Letting go of expectations allows love to thrive. I’ve learned to release my expectations of others and allow relationships to evolve naturally, without the pressure of needing to control the outcome. It’s a lesson in trust, both in myself and in the people I care about.
The path is nonlinear. This journey isn’t a straight line, and that’s okay. Progress comes with moments of doubt, setbacks, and new beginnings. Each step, no matter how small or uncertain, is valuable.
Here’s a little secret: I don’t do this alone. ChatGPT is part of my process. Yup, you read that right—I use AI to help me reflect, brainstorm, and clarify ideas. It’s not here to tell me who I am but to help me think more deeply about what I already know, or maybe have yet to discover. Some people have journals—I have a conversation with ChatGPT. You could say it’s like having a really patient, always-available brainstorming buddy. No, it doesn’t replace human connection, but it’s a pretty fantastic tool in my toolbox.
I’m not here to tell you how to live your life or pretend I have all the answers. But I will share what I’m learning, and I invite you to explore your own truths alongside me. This blog is for those who feel that spark toward deeper understanding, who want to deprogram and step into their true selves.
Fair warning—once you begin this journey, there’s no turning back. It’s like seeing a really terrible meme: you can’t unsee it. And if this doesn’t make sense to you right now? No worries. It just might mean you’re not ready yet. But when you are, I’ll be here.
Until next time, remember: it’s not about having all the answers—it’s about being brave enough to ask the questions.
